Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT This Cancellation and Refund Policy regulates the cancellation, modification and refund terms between Acemali Turizm Seyahat Organizasyon LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as “Buskirala”) and the user (“Customer”) who benefits from the transportation, vehicle rental and tourism services offered under the Buskirala brand.

2. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE AND DEDUCTION RATES The Customer is obliged to notify reservation cancellation requests in writing to info@buskirala.com or to the call center at 444 50 72. The following conditions apply based on the date the cancellation request is served:

  • 30 Days Prior to the Service Date: For cancellations made, the full amount paid (100%) is refunded to the Customer without any deduction.

  • 15 – 29 Days Prior to the Service Date: 20% of the total service fee is offset as a service deduction, and the remaining amount is refunded.

  • 7 – 14 Days Prior to the Service Date: 50% of the total service fee is offset as a service deduction, and the remaining amount is refunded.

  • 0 – 6 Days Prior to the Service Date (or No-Show): For cancellations made when less than 6 days remain until the start of the service, or in case of failure to be present at the vehicle’s departure time, no refund is issued. 100% of the total amount is retained by Buskirala.

  • After the Service Has Started: No refund is issued after the service has started. In the event that the service does not meet the committed conditions or is interrupted due to a vehicle malfunction attributable to Buskirala; the payment for the unrealized portion of the service is refunded.

3. MODIFICATION REQUESTS Requests to change the date, route or vehicle type are evaluated based on fleet availability. For modifications requested 7 days or less prior to the service date, the right to charge an additional fee is reserved due to operational costs.

4. REFUND PROCESS Following the approval of the cancellation request, the amount to be refunded is transferred to the credit card or bank account from which the Customer made the payment within 7 to 14 business days.

  • The refund of payments made by credit card may vary depending on bank procedures.

5. FORCE MAJEURE In cases of force majeure beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, epidemics, official curfews or travel restrictions; the Customer is granted the right to change the date without penalty or the right to a refund (after deducting mandatory expenses).

6. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY In the event that Buskirala is unable to provide the service due to operational reasons, it is obliged to notify the Customer at least 24 hours in advance and refund the full amount paid.
