Calculation of Bus Rental Prices

After you provide the departure and arrival points to our customer representative, we offer you the most suitable rental prices. You can receive this price verbally over the phone, or for corporate rentals, you can request an instant proposal letter.

Private bus rental fees may vary depending on the total mileage, toll roads or bridge crossings, and road conditions.

Confirmation of the Bus Rental Contract

Following the acceptance of the proposal we submitted, a passenger bus rental agreement is prepared. To ensure this agreement is prepared accurately, we may request information such as name, surname, ID number, or tax number from our customers.

Our company reserves the right to require a prepayment to finalize the rental. This prepayment is usually 20% of the total amount. The prepayment amount is specified in your contract and is guaranteed to be refunded immediately in case of any disruption caused by our company.

Travel Preparations

After all legal procedures are completed, the vehicle license plate and driver contact information will be sent to you. If you have made a rental for a future date, this information will be provided a few days before your trip.

This commitment protects our passengers, the individuals or organizations renting our buses, our city’s prestige, and our company’s integrity. In line with this principle, a few brief procedures are required for rental transactions. The first step is the mutual signing of the bus rental agreement.

Our second procedure is the collection of T.R. ID numbers for Turkish citizens (Passport numbers are required for our international guests). This information is shared directly with the T.R. Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. This system, known as U-ETDS, has been made mandatory by the Ministry to ensure travel safety and monitoring.
