We use a biometric contract system in our rental procedures. The rental process begins with you sending a reservation request. Afterwards, vehicle availability is checked by us and the vehicle is reserved for your use. Subsequently, your contract is sent and your down payment is requested. After completing all transactions, your vehicle will be ready at your door with a chauffeur at the desired date and hour.
No Rental Deposit
We do not collect any deposits for chauffeur-driven rentals. You can hit the road by paying only the rental fee.

Are fuel, bridge, and highway tolls included in the price?
Yes. The prices offered for our chauffeur-driven vehicle services are “All-Inclusive” package prices. Fuel, driver fees, highway, and bridge tolls are included in the price; you will not encounter any surprise additional payments.
(Highway and bridge tolls belonging to private companies are not included.)
Who is responsible for the driver's meal and accommodation expenses?
For inner-city use, the driver’s meal expenses belong to our company. However, if the vehicle goes out of the city and an overnight stay is required, our driver’s hotel and meal expenses belong to our renting guest (you).
Can I rent vehicles hourly or daily?
We are flexible according to your needs. You can rent via “Point A to Point B transfer,” or as a chauffeur-driven allocation for “Half Day (4 Hours)” or “Full Day (9 Hours).
Can I travel out of the city with the vehicle during the rental period?
Yes, you can. However, since pricing will vary based on the “kilometers traveled,” you must specify your out-of-city plans prior to the reservation.
